Why Choose MTIC?

Massage Therapy Institute of Colorado is a locally owned Colorado massage school founded over a quarter century ago in Denver’s Chessman Park neighborhood. Aspiring healers from all across the country and around the globe have chosen to attend our school for a variety of reasons including our in-depth curriculum, 1:4 faculty to student ratio, small class sizes, affordable program cost, well-experienced instructional staff, COMTA accreditation, highly sophisticated body mechanics, and more. Our rich curricular heritage is far reaching and encompasses a considerable assortment of bodywork disciplines including soft tissue normalization, fascial alignment, bio-energetic manipulation, postural integration, neuromuscular therapies, reflex stimulation, range-of-motion treatments, integrative touch, and more.

The core foundation of our bodywork training is the 900-hour Certified Massage Therapist program, where students are educated to profoundly understand the fundamentals of human anatomy & physiology, are comprehensively trained in multiple forms of proven-effective therapeutic massage treatments, and receive enrichment in several supplementary areas such as business management, clinical internship, self care, and marketing.

At Massage Therapy Institute of Colorado our goal is to serve every student with the highest quality education possible at an affordable price. Our school’s highly compassionate instructional staff is comprised of a team of over 25 well-experienced MTIC graduates, many whom are industry veterans. We emphasize a progressive, engaging, and interactive learning process in a supportive and nurturing environment that leads to a sustainable career in the healing arts. Our academically rigorous curriculum exceeds the high standards, expectations, and demands of today’s large diversity of employers, holistic consumers, and regulatory boards. The end result is a powerful skill set of bodywork techniques along with a capacity for clinical reasoning that earns each graduate a high standing reputation.
